1. Services

Master Cleaning Now Inc. provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Maple, Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include, but are not limited to, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly).

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site

3. Service Bookings and Appointments

3.1 Booking

When you submit a booking request through our website or by phone, you are requesting a service appointment. All bookings are subject to our confirmation and availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation communication from us.

3.2 Access to Premises

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned at the scheduled appointment time. If our team is unable to access the premises at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment, and cancellation fees may apply.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will communicate our specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.

3.4 Satisfaction

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service, and we will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided as part of the quote process and may vary based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning requested, the condition of the premises, and other factors. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through the methods indicated at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and software, is the property of Master Cleaning Now Inc. or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Site without our prior written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to us, including reviews, testimonials, feedback, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with our business and marketing activities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Master Cleaning Now Inc. for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Insurance and Liability for Property

Our cleaning professionals are fully insured. In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property during a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate the claim and, where our team is found responsible, arrange for repair or replacement of the damaged item(s) in accordance with our insurance policy terms.

We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in a pre-existing state of disrepair unless specific instructions regarding such items were provided and acknowledged prior to the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Master Cleaning Now Inc., its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Site and services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

17. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

This section specifically addresses our SMS/text messaging program and is provided to comply with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements for A2P messaging.

Master Cleaning Now Inc. provides an SMS messaging program that delivers transactional notifications and promotional messages related to our residential and commercial cleaning services.

17.1 Consent to Receive Messages

You consent to receive text messages from Master Cleaning Now Inc. related to appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, cancellation confirmations, quote follow-ups, seasonal promotions, service specials, referral offers, and new service announcements.

17.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services. Transactional messages are sent as needed per appointment (typically 2-4 messages per appointment). Marketing messages are limited to no more than 1-2 messages per month.

17.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

17.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

17.8 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without notice.
